Product return policy
Thank you for shopping on our website. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Please find below our policy regarding returns and refunds.
- You have 15 days (to be adjusted according to the regulations and policy of the shop) to return the product once you have received it
- To be able to return the product, it must be in the same condition in which it was received, and with the original packaging.
- You must indicate the order number where the product to be returned is located.
- Contact email@example.com and we will give you instructions on how to return the product.
Refunds will only be made if the product is damaged or defective. In no case will a credit be made if the problem is that the photo is not correct, if the photo did not have the required characteristics for the chosen format or if the image has been cropped incorrectly.
Once we have received the returned product and inspected that everything is correct, the amount of the same will be paid by the same means in which the purchase was made, or by other means if so agreed by both parties. It must be taken into account that the processing of returns entails a certain delay depending on the chosen means.
In any case, the amount of the shipping costs will not be refunded.
The return postage will be charged to (choose between) the customer / the retailer.
